The Grassy Bowl started as a 1962 Kombi Van restored into a portable offering of plant based Australian indigenous cuisine.
I now work as a one man band creating immersive eating experiences for retreats, and events. In using local produce, fermenting organic waste, using recyclable disposables, and reclaiming materials for events, the business is designed around a closed loop nutrient cycle.
