Yoga meets coaching in this 2 day weekend staycation-retreat on board of the wicked ship Odessa in the east of Amsterdam.
Yoga and coaching, sounds quite acrobatic and psycho, but it isn’t.
We will use simple yoga exercises that include breathing and movement and are easy to follow also as absolute beginner. The idea is to move and breathe so you're thoughts calm down.
This calm state again we use to check-in with yourself beyond “hey, how are you today, alrighty than...!”. We’ll ask how are you actually today, and uncover a couple patterns and real facts about you're self that lay beyond the bullshit we create in our day to day.
Once our mind starts racing, we continue with more relaxing stuff like sound meditation. You lay back, and hear, feel and space out with the sound and vibration of Tibetan sound bowls.
Not only a great shortcut into you're subconscious state without having to have any meditation experience, but also a nice way to let what you have uncovered sink-in and process.
The 2 day program will be rounded off with some delicious food supplied by our dear friend Olivia from the grassy bowl (http://instagram.com/thegrassybowl) and enjoyment of the beautiful spa deck with sauna and hot tub at our beautiful event location Odessa.
Daniel (yogi-d.com) will share his knowledge as certified yoga teacher and sound healer paired with a good pinch of “fuck it”.
And Isadora (https://www.mindsoulfulliving.com) with an education as NLP coach and Aroma therapist will create nice a mix of uncomfortable questions and a lot of love and compassion so it doesn’t feel too shitty to ask questions outside of you're comfort zone.
Together they both have hosted various sound and aroma meditations where exactly this almost therapeutic process happens.
So feel assured that you will be in good hands both to just chill and take a breath but also if you want to go the extra mile and find out some deeper patterns within you're self.

10am - 10.30 Short intro round - who are we outside the masks of daily life?
10.30 - 12.00 Yoga Practice: spicy vinyasa flow with some smooth beats
12.00 - 13.00 How did you get here, what matters in you're life and how does that make you feel at this moment
13.00 - 14.00 Small snack and break
14.00 - 15.30 Get more clear on you're values and what the f*ck you actually came to do in this world
15.30 - 17.30 Sound and Aroma meditation: Tibetan Bowls meet Essential Oils
17.30 - 18.30 Give space to understand the stuff standing in you're way
18:30 - 19:00 Chill and chat

19.30 - 22.00 Hot tub and sauna. Chill and chat. Let it sink and go.
Odessa is what they call a Vegan holistic art ship. The former restaurant hosts amazing experiences on three floors. From the belly of the ship with an amazing kitchen and a dance-floor with high-end speakers, to the second deck with glass walls overlooking the river and another upper deck with a fire pit, hot tub and sauna. A great place to leave it all behind without leaving town.
